Jonesborough Farmers Market this Saturday...See YOU there!

Long Video here at Foothill Frolic Farm, with Allie talking about our Main Cow/Calf herd coming to drink water on June 10th 2026. Look at all these Beauties...such shiny coats, unique faces and hairstyles!!

Good Thursday Morning to everyone on our mailing list! We are thrilled to announce that this Saturday, June 20th, marks the beginning of our exciting 4-week run at the Jonesborough Farmer's Market! While we have been part of the Jonesborough Farmer's Market sporadically each year, this is the first time we're arriving with our fully stocked trailer brimming with freshly processed beef! Find us on South Cherokee St., near the Crafty Peddler in the Historic Mail Pouch Building.

This season, we've harvested two retail beefs specifically for market sale, featuring our top-quality Whole Beef Grind, which includes all cuts from every primal, along with organs and trimmings. It's our most popular grind among our custom beef customers because families adore its delicious, nutrient-packed blend of the finest cuts from an entire beef.

The two beef selections available at the market over the coming weeks are "Garden Call" and "Magic Mamma." These were both young, stunning Black Angus X Hereford Crosses.

We’re also showcasing a complete range of exquisite roast cuts and steaks. This is the perfect opportunity for all market-goers to stock up while supplies last. We haven't listed these on our online shop yet, ensuring they don't sell out before we hit the market!

Also as you may have heard about our New Farm & Forest School that we are founding for open enrollment starting this September for the 2026/2027 school year. Here is a great glimpse into the children's activity we will be doing at the Farmer's Market for the Farm & Forest School Portion.

So PLEASE, Come see us at the Jonesborough Farmers Market this Saturday!

Regenerate Education Lab and Foothill Frolic Farm will be there from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Stop by for some incredible farm-raised beef, learn about the Farm & Forest School taking shape at Foothill Frolic, and participate in a special community project we're calling:

The Idea Lab

Over the next four Saturdays, we'll be building a Community Wall inspired by the school's Four Roots of Learning:

 Curiosity & Understanding

 Purposeful Work

 Community & Belonging

 Character & Growth

This Saturday, we'll begin with a simple but powerful question:

What is something you truly CARE about?

Children (and adults!) will have the opportunity to share ideas, concerns, dreams, curiosities, and hopes for themselves, their community, and the world around them.

Each week we'll build upon what we discover together, creating a living example of how project-based learning grows from real questions, real people, and real purpose.

We'd love to meet you, hear your ideas, and learn what matters most to your family.

The Main Cow Calf Herd on May 26th, after just being let into new rotational paddock. Tall grasses and cute calves.

Our Custom Beef Shares are filling up fast, and excitement is in the air! As we gear up for our Custom Beef Share season starting in July 2026 and running through March 2027, we're thrilled to announce that we're nearly underway, with our first harvest date on July 2nd.

July and August Pickups are already SOLD OUT, and there's only a 1/2 share left for September! Other months have just 1-2 Beefs remaining, but they're selling quickly.

If you've been meaning to place your order but haven't yet, consider this your friendly nudge. Our Custom Beef Share supplies won't last long, so secure your order before all 60 Beefs are SOLD OUT. If you're reading this and remember putting your name on a waitlist, now's the time to lock in your order. At the Jonesborough Farmer's Market, we sell numerous shares weekly, so the on-farm pickup months are set to fill up and sell out within the next 4 weeks. Don't miss out!

Until Next Time, Eat Well and Be Well and Please Pass Along through your favorite media!,

(even though we have held off on having a social media presence, we are perfectly fine for our readers to share.)
