We are so TOTALLY satisfied with our whole experience of purchasing a WHOLE share. On Friday we grilled a package of the Sirloin streaks and honestly they were the best grass fed meat, as a matter of fact probably the best beef we have ever had. The thing I see more and more about you upon pick up is that the way you farm isn't just a set of principles you follow, but it's a passionate and compassionate understanding you have for your animals and their welfare.
No one can teach that, it is a gift. You go the extra mile for your farm and animals (and I'm sure for your family too) because that's the stuff you are made of.
That makes me more confident that we have made the best choice in dealing with you to get our beef.
I don't believe there is anything in you that thinks it is ok to cut corners here or there and that means we can eat the beef without worry.
That is so important in this time we are living in where food is becoming more and more contaminated by unnecessary chemicals that are ultimately terrible for human health. And the reason it's happening is generally tied to cutting corners for the sake of profit.
