Please come on out to join us for a nice market morning in Jonesborough.
We are excited to be at the Market TODAY from 8-12!!
We will be set up in the same place as last week on South Cherokeer Street beside the Court House and the Crafty Peddler.

We will have our full beef trailer array of DELICIOUS 100% GRASSFED & GRASSFINISHED --organically raised -- regenerative BEEF retail products.
We will have our most sought after WHOLE BEEF GRIND ground beef, which includes all primals(roast & steaks), organs, and trimmings. Generally ground beef is constituted mostly of trimmings alone, so that is why finding a WHOLE BEEF GRIND is a special thing, especially when it comes from FOOTHILL FROLIC FARM ON GAMMON CREEK. It is very nutrient dense and power packed. It is not just good for you, but absolutely delicious too!!
We will also have BRISKETS, TRI TIPS, SIRLOIN TIPS, TOP ROUNDS, BOTTOM ROUNDS, RUMPS, STEW TIPS, and the CLASSIC CHUCK AND ARM ROASTS.

For those of you familiar with seam butchery and like to seek out those unusual steaks that come from that you will for certain have to stop by. These steaks include Petite Picanha (coulotte), Sierra, Flap (bavette), Denver, Teres Major, and Hanger.
And of course we will have the classic simple prep cut STEAKS available as well...Filet, NYstrip, Ribeye, and Top Sirloin.

We will also be there advocating and sharing informations about our NEW FARM AND FOREST SCHOOL that will be starting this Fall on September 14th. Debbie DeLisle of Regenerate Education Lab will be there as well again for week 2 of the IDEA LAB. If you have children please stop by and participate!!
Also, if you are enjoying following our school journey, we have just added an entirely new section to our School's Informative Landing Page Site that explores our curriculum, our Four ROOTS of Learning, and how we plan to implement authentic Project Based Learning here at the Farm.
SO if you have been wondering
"What will my child actually be doing each day?"
"How do academics fit into a farm and forest school?"
"What does Project-Based Learning really look like?".....
we HOPE this section helps answer those questions and gives you a fell for the kind of learning community we are working so hard to create.
