Time to get your Weekly Greens Order in for a Weekend PickUp at our Self Serve Farmstand here at Foothill Frolic Farm on Gammon Creek. Take a look here at what we have to offer. All are great compliments to your custom beef share products in your freezer.
How to Order and Pick Up Veggies at the Self Serve FarmStand
Ordering your fresh seasonal salad mix is simple and convenient.
You can place your order by Saturday Night, May 16th online through our Beef and Veggie SHOP on our website or by texting me, Allie, directly at 423 483 7091 letting me know how many bunches of broccoli raab you would like.
Pickups then will be ready at our self serve stand on Gammon Creek starting on Sunday May 17th at midday, 12 noon and you can come by for self serve pickup at the farmstand or anytime after that for a convenient pickup anytime over a few day period. You can just leave your cash or check in the jar.

Choose your preferred qty
Turn at Farm Sign and follow the signs to the self serve area down by Gammon Creek.
Your Bag of 2 Heads of Lettuce will be awaiting you in the cooler.
Enjoy your Lettuce at home!
This system allows you to get fresh produce without waiting in line or dealing with busy store crowds.
VIEWS FROM THE CATTLE FIELDS
Even though we continue to be dry all four herds continue on with nice rotations. Not one herd has made it back to their starting paddock yet and they all have been rotating anywhere from 5-7 weeks now. The calving season is progressing smoothly. We have surpassed 50 calves for the 2026 season, with only a few mothers left to calve as we approach late spring. Afterward, the fall group of mothers will give birth, concluding our calving for the year 2026.

Exciting news, everyone! Our Custom BEEF SHOP opened just a week ago, and we're thrilled to announce that NEARLY (still chasing down a handful..haha) all of our current shareholders have placed their orders. A huge thank you to each of you! So far, about 70 families have joined our custom beef shareholder season. Thanks to more calves born in 2024, we have more beef shares available this season, which means we finally have room for NEW CUSTOM BEEF SHAREHOLDERS!
Our initial HARVEST MONTH of JULY is SOLD OUT, but orders for the rest of the season are distributed evenly, meaning there is still availability for all other harvest months.
If you're receiving this note and are on the waiting list, you can place your order RIGHT NOW. This also opens up opportunities for new shareholders to join us. For all of you who have enjoyed our Custom Beef Shares over the years, now's the perfect time to spread the word to your friends and family!
